Exchange Policy
Beparr offers a very flexible Exchange policy. If beparr buyer is not satisfied with the product, they can easily exchange their product using our app itself. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible: -
1. Product has to be in unused condition
2. Need to raised request within 7 days of delivery
3. Buyer have to upload picture prove
4. Buyer has to be unpacking video; beparr can ask for video during exchange
5. We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color, design, or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order and product found in defective condition
6. We are also providing additional benefit to our buyer, If any product is not getting sale due to any reason buyer can exchange that product within one month but on that condition buyer has to be pay courier charges.
7. If any change or modifications of policy, we (Beparr officials) will notified by mail/massage to our Manufacturer and buyer and modification will be informed on a prior basis.
